A beautiful summer solstice evening with the best of the summer produce; Isle of Wight tomatoes, asparagus, wild sea bass and summer fruits made up part of the menu alongside magnums of Pol Roger.
The couple married in central London so they were all greeted with mini Pol Rogers for their bus journey to their private home in Wimbledon. The guests enjoyed Canapés, Champagne and our Eastern Influence cocktail in the garden. For dinner, they were served our homemade sourdough with whipped butter to go alongside their panzanella salad. Chicken followed by a side of asparagus and a chocolate fondant tart to finish. After speeches guests were ready to dance, fueled by Espresso Martinis and Margaritas.
On Sunday they returned for a brunch of all brunches – guests cured their hangovers with our signature Bloody Marys and Whispering Angel rosé while enjoying steak and sea bass on the BBQ followed by brownies & ice cream cones.
