Emily few brown — Founder & Creative Director
Spook was founded by Emily Few Brown in 2014. Having grown up in farming communities in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Emily has first-hand experience of how important the produce we choose is for the health of the planet.
As a chef, her dishes reflect that. Thanks to the incredible team that Emily has built around her, Spook is one of the country’s most highly-regarded, sought after and progressive catering companies.
Gregory Barry

Gregory Barry joined Spook in 2022 from a hospitality tech start up called Sessions and previous to that, ran his own catering and event venues.
His forward-thinking and operational approach has meant that Gregory has been intrinsic in streamlining our systems and processes to ensure that we have a fantastic working environment for both our internal team and our clients.
