Cartier at The Charterhouse
In collaboration with Moriarty Events, we had the privilege of catering for Cartier at the iconic Charterhouse, creating an unforgettable evening that blended history, luxury, and festive spirit. Guests enjoyed an exquisite menu, starting with Jerusalem Artichoke Crisps with Taleggio and Truffle Honey, followed by British Burrata with Delica Pumpkin, Pesto, and Autumnal Crackers. The main course featured Lake District Fillet of Beef with Beef Fat Pomme Anna, Caramelised Cauliflower Purée, Variegated Kale, Charred Onion, and Jus. Dessert was a decadent Chocolate Crémeux with Glazed Cherries, Biscuit Crumb, and Crème Fraîche, offering a truly indulgent experience.
