We make sure that every event and partnership we undertake is unique both creatively and operationally so there is often not one set answer to your questions. Please enquire if you do not find what you are looking for.
After your initial enquiry one of our client managers will give you a call to determine your requirements, venue and budget. We will then send across our menus and a quote. Once received we will give you a call to run through any questions that you might have and organise a tasting. If you would like to move forward then we will take a deposit, give you unique access to our client login where you are able to see your event coming together and start to work on your event.
We cater for all kinds of events from canapé receptions and cocktail parties to sit down dinners and press events. For us the importance is in the style of events. We have a simple but high quality approach, using ingredients that are available to us rather than whatever we want. We hand pick every team member and train them up to be in line with our Spook style of authentic, natural and wild.
To ensure that we are the right partner for you we will determine a rough budget to know what type and style of event we would be able to execute in line with your vision.
We pride ourselves on our communication, efficiency and personality. Your client manager will guide you through every part of your event. Your client log in will mean that you can see your event coming together and all the information will be included. On the day, we will have our fantastic team to ensure that the event is seamless.
It depends on the time of year but the lowest is £2500 + VAT.
We have catered events from 2 to 2000 people. We don’t have a minimum or maximum number that we cater for.
Included in our quotations are food, drinks, equipment hire (which includes plates, cutlery, glassware, kitchen equipment etc), staffing and logistics of us getting to you.
We can offer a tasting for events with budgets of over £5k + VAT. There is a £500 + VAT charge (payable before the tasting) which is then removed from your final bill if you are to move forward with us. Cocktails and open bar drinks are priced per drink. Most cocktails require mixologists as additional staff members.
Yes, we travel and have been everywhere from Italy to Scotland. There are additional transport and logistics costs associated with events outside of London.
We are very used to working in all kinds of spaces and we will do our best to make anything work. Your menus will depend on the space which is available to us. For all events we will need a back of house area with access to power and water of some kind so that we can set up a kitchen, drinks dispensary area and clearing area. We can supply all kitchen equipment if there is no access to a kitchen area.
